We took ownership of Ty Hir in June 2011. We are constantly reviewing the content of this website and your comments on our website, positive or negative, will be most welcome. We hope that all of your questions are answered within this website. If you would like any further information or wish to make a booking enquiry about our holiday cottage in Finistere, Brittany, p lease telephone us on the number above or complete the contact form. We will endeavour to reply to any queries as soon as possible. We have answerphone service so if we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will ring you back. On receipt of your reservation request we will send you our booking form. We will hold the property for one week until the deposit and a completed booking form have been received. We will then confirm your booking by return post or e-mail. The date when the remaining balance is due will be stated on the confirmation letter/e-mail.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount due or £100 (whichever is the larger), will be required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival along with a damage deposit of £100. Payment is accepted in Euros or Pounds Sterling by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal. U K and French bank details can be provided upon request. Any charges to be paid by guests.

Reservations made within 6 weeks of the arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. You can find our full terms and conditions here .
